Mac

Q. How do I erase video files from my microSDHC card on my Mac?

 A. Move selected video files or folders to your Trash

Go to Finder and select Empty Trash... Note: Simply moving files or folders to the Trash does not erase files from your memory card, it just moves them (referenced in the Trash). Files are invisibly stored on your memory card until the Trash is emptied. This is the reason why when you insert your microSD card into the camera and power on the camera the camera shuts down. The camera will see all the information stored on the card and no free space to record to. As a result the camera shuts down both to indicate that the card is full and to conserve power.
